Regulators and Permit Writers Workgroup
Mission: As new policies and technologies like EPR and chemical recycling become prevalent, new approaches to facility permits are needed while state regulations catch up to the new categories of solid waste facilities. The mission of this workgroup is to assist permit writers and compliance managers to explore and share successful strategies to permit these new locations while protecting human health and the environment.
