Soil Reuse Across the NEWMOA States

NEWMOA’s Solid Waste and Waste Site Cleanup Programs established a joint Soils Reuse Workgroup that facilitates information sharing and discusses programmatic and policy options to improve the management of escess soil for reuse in the region.
