HW Roundtable: Pharmaceuticals Rule (Subpart P)

Thank you to those of you who were able to join us for an insightful roundtable discussion on the Pharmaceuticals Rule (40 CFR Part 266, Subpart P), featuring perspectives from a panel of NEWMOA state members. This session explored how all eight NEWMOA states are adopting, modifying, and implementing the rule’s provisions. Participants discussed their adoption status, facilities subject to the regulations, anticipated challenges, and approaches to engaging stakeholders. This session also featured a presentation from EPA, which provided an an overview of Subpart P and shed light on two recent hot topics.
