Remediation Strategies and Technologies Workshop (MA)

We hope you can join NEWMOA and staff from MassDEP at the Sturbridge Host Hotel and Conference Center on Friday, November 14 for a workshop exploring remediation strategies and technologies. Through presentations from experienced practitioners, participants will explore a range of approaches for soil and groundwater cleanup, including bioremediation, in-situ chemical oxidation (ISCO), thermal treatment, and permeable reactive barriers (PRBs).

Experienced professionals will benefit from revisiting core principles and lessons learned, while new and junior staff will gain valuable foundational knowledge. This workshop also provides a great opportunity to network with state regulatory staff and consultants.

Public & Academic Sector: $75 (for state agencies, EPA, non-profits, and academics).

Continuing Education Credits: We will be submitting applications for both MA LSP and CT LEP CECs. NEWMOA has always received approval in the past. There is a $50 fee to obtain CT LEP and/or Mass LSP CECs.
