Reduction, Reuse, and Repair are the best, most efficient means to reduce waste and its impacts to the environment, climate, and the supply chain. Why isn’t there more emphasis on this approach? Nathan Proctor of the Public Interest Research Group, leads U.S. PIRG’s Right to Repair campaign, working to pass legislation that will prevent companies from blocking consumers’ ability to fix their own electronics and other consumer goods.
