Cool Tips for TAPS: Identifying Opportunities in Refrigeration

This webinar was intended for technical assistance providers and provided an overview of opportunities for improving the sustainability and efficiency for refrigeration equipment. The presenters also discussed how TAPs can make referrals to other programs for a deeper opportunity analysis and implementation support.

Speaker Bios:
Scott Moore has over forty years of engineering, maintenance and energy efficiency experience in grocery sector including the supermarkets, pharmacies, and convenience stores. He was formerly the Director of Engineering and Energy for Albertsons, Inc. and has been with CLEAResult for the past nine years. Scott currently holds the title of Senior Engineer in the Commercial Engineering Refrigeration Center of Excellence. Scott leads CLEAResult initiatives to evaluate new energy efficiency technologies and advancements in refrigerants to reduce global warming.

Kevin Coté is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with ten years of energy efficiency experience in residential and grocery sectors and has been with CLEAResult for the past 8 years. He began his career by working directly with the grocery market as an account manager. In this role, he completed comprehensive audits and consulted with customers and contractors to implement energy efficiency projects. Kevin now applies his extensive knowledge and experience of the grocery market to leading CLEAResult’s EnergySmart Grocer programs in New England.
