DESCRIPTION:Flow Control\nToday’s webinar is on Flow Control for solid waste. Flow control laws dictate that any waste generated in a geographical area has to go to a certain place. Since local governments are responsible for ensuring that waste is managed through an effective and reliable system\, in some cases flow control may be needed to achieve that goal. On the other hand\, we have the Interstate Commerce Clause that requires a level playing field for commerce\, which includes waste disposal.
