DESCRIPTION:Andy Bray provided an overview of recent upgrades to the “Pollution Prevention and Compliance Assistance Metrics Database Software.” \nThis Microsoft Access-based database software application contains features for tracking program activities including: \n\nWorking one-on-one with clients (such as on-site visits and research)\nProducing educational and outreach materials\nSponsoring workshops and training events\nResponding to information requests\n\nThe database application also tracks the outcomes associated with many of these program activities\, including environmental\, behavioral\, and economic outcomes.
