3.  EPA - New England - Assistance and Pollution Prevention

4.  Maine Department of Environmental Protection - Office of Assistance

Provides Maine businesses with compliance, technical, and pollution prevention assistance. The Office consists of three main programs: Pollution Prevention Program (P2), Small Business Technical Assistance Program (SBTAP), and Toxics and Hazardous Waste Reduction.

5.  Maine Public Utilities Commission - State Energy Program

6.  Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs - Office of Technical Assistance (OTA)

7.  Narragansett Bay Commission

10.  Northeast Waste Management Officials' Association

NEWMOA is an interstate association that has a membership composed of the hazardous waste, solid waste, waste site cleanup, and pollution prevention programs in the northeast states. NEWMOA's mission is to develop and sustain an effective partnership of states that helps achieve a clean, healthy, and sustainable environment by exploring, developing, promoting, and implementing environmentally sound solutions for: reducing materials use and preventing pollution and waste; properly reusing and recycling discarded materials that have value; safely managing solid and hazardous wastes; and remediating contaminated sites.
