Northeast Regional Mercury Total Maximum Daily Load [PDF]
Abstract: This Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) document outlines a strategy for reducing mercury concentrations in fish in Northeast fresh waterbodies so that water quality standards can be met. This will require reductions from mercury sources within the Northeast region, U.S. states outside of the region, and global sources.
