Mercury Pollution in the Northeast: A Guide for Policymakers

This policy guide has been prepared by the Northeast Waste Management Officials' Association (NEWMOA), New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC), and Northeast States for Coordinated Air Use Management (NESCAUM). These three interstate organizations serve the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont in the areas of waste, water, and air, respectively.
