IMERC Notification Forms & Instructions
Please Note: For the 2010 Triennial reporting period, IMERC is transitioning to an online e-filing system for notification. The new system will launch on November 1, 2011. After receiving a welcome email from IMERC, companies will have one month to complete their notification submission. Companies who have never submitted a Notification Form should contact Adam Wienert, IMERC Coordinator at 617-367-8558 for more information about compliance with the states' regulations.
