The information in this database was submitted through IMERC by or on behalf of product manufacturers in compliance with laws in the states of Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The Notification forms and instructions that manufacturers or their designated trade group (reporting organizations) use to submit the data can be viewed at: Notification Forms submitted to IMERC are reviewed by a Notification Committee consisting of representatives from each participating state. Following approval by the Committee, the information from the Forms is entered into the database and sent out to the reporting organization for its review and concurrence. Mercury-added Product Notifications that have not been approved are not included in this database. This information will be added to the database only after it has been reviewed for completeness by the IMERC Notification Committee. All hard copy Forms that are submitted to IMERC are available to the public.
