VT DEC's Environmental Assistance Office is hosting a series of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) workshops for businesses, municipalities, and other entities during the month of October 2008. VT DEC has developed a SPCC Model Plan and Guidance Document as well as a SPCC Frequently Asked Questions fact sheet to aid in compliance. |
