| Project Description |
The MA Toxics Use Reduction Science Advisory Board completed in 2002 a year long data collection process and is beginning a project to categorize the EPCRA 313 chemicals, which have never been reported under TURA, into "More Hazardous", "Less Hazardous", and "Uncategorized" categories. The purpose of this project is to inform future policy decisions and program foci. It is anticipated that the project will take a few years to complete. The Board is meeting every other month for three hours. (Meeting schedule is on TURI.ORG calendar.) |
