For those thinking of starting a business or managing an existing one, this is information needed to avoid regulatory liability and permitting delays. The Primer has been created by the Vermont Environmental Assistance Partnership (VEAP) (which includes the VT Agency of Natural Resources, VT Small Business Development Center, VT Department of Economic Development and VT Manufacturing Extension Center). |
