| Project Description |
The CT DEP has been awarded a grant to study the feasibility of adding a fuel cell to their operations at the 79 Elm Street headquarters building in Hartford, CT. The year-long study will offer suggestions on how alternative energy sources might be incorporated into the building's energy framework. |
