| Project Description |
The Council on the Environment of New York City, under a cooperative agreement with EPA Region II released a booklet in the spring of 1999 on pollution prevention for the general public. Entitled, "You Can Change the World" the booklet provided tips on prevention opportunities in several sectors. It was designed and printed in both English and Spanish. |
