| Project Description |
The Environmental Assistance Division completed an outreach project to municipal garages with the EPA Region I NEATeam. Nine workshops were held around the state in May and June 1999. The half-day workshops addressed P2 and best management practices as well as compliance with environmental requirements, such as floor drains, waste oil burning, and waste handling and storage. The workshops were planned and sponsored in conjunction with the Vermont League of Cities and Towns, the Vermont Local Roads Program, and the Vermont Agency of Transportation. |
