Why sponsor?

Conference sponsors will have high visibility prior to and during the conference. NEWMOA will include the sponsors' names and logos on its conference webpages and social media postings and on handouts and signs during the conference. During the conference, the sponsors will be prominently displayed on PowerPoint slides during the plenary sessions and will be acknowledged during those sessions and others.

There are four levels of sponsorship and their associated costs and benefits (in addition to those listed above) are outlined below:

Tuesday Evening Reception Sponsorship for $5,000 are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Enhanced visibility and acknowledgement during the reception and throughout the conference
  • Table in the exhibit area at no cost
  • Registration at no cost for three attendees

Platinum Sponsorship for $2,500 are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Visibility and acknowledgement throughout the conference
  • Reduced price ($250) for a table in the exhibit area
  • Reduced conference registration fee ($200) for three attendees

Gold Sponsorship for $1,500 are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Visibility and acknowledgement throughout the conference
  • Reduced conference registration fee ($200) for two attendees

Silver Sponsorship for $1,000 are entitled to the following benefits:

  • Visibility and acknowledgement throughout the conference
  • Reduced conference registration fee ($200) for one attendee

Why exhibit?

Many of the attendees buy products and services such as:

  • Analytical instruments and services
  • Monitoring and sampling equipment and services
  • Remediation and treatment equipment and services
  • Consulting services
  • Training and education products and service

The exhibits are located in area with excellent access to the conference activity to assure maximum contact and exposure with interested conference participants and potential customers. Exhibition space is limited to 30 exhibitors. The cost of an exhibit space is $875 and includes: 

  • One conference pass for admission to sessions 
  • 6 feet by 30 inches table, skirted and 2 chairs 
  • Conference attendee list (emailed post-conference) 
  • Coffee breaks and evening reception held in the exhibit space
