The Science of PFAS: Public Health & The Environment

Registration & Payment

Space at the conference is limited – early registration is advised.

Late Registration Fee:
All registrations made after Monday, March 2nd are subject to a $50 per person late registration fee.

Registering More Than One Person:
The online registration system allows one person to register and pay for multiple people at the same time. However, if you are using a discount code and the same discount code does not apply to everyone you are registering, you must register the non-discount code people separately from the people to whom a discount code applies. For example, if 5 people from your organization are attending, and 2 of them are presenters, you must register and pay for the 2 presenters separately from the 3 people paying the regular fee (see instructions below on obtaining the presenter discount).

Payment Options:
Payment by credit card through the online registration system is the primary method of payment and is required for all attendees with the exception of government officials that are unable to pay by credit card.

Government officials only have the option of paying after registration through a purchase order or directly by check. To use this option, government employees should enter the discount code “gov2day-invoice” when registering to attend for both days and “gov1day-invoice” if registering for one day. If you use this option, NEWMOA must receive your payment by Monday, March 2nd, or your registration will be cancelled.

Presenters receive a discount on their registration fee. Please see the email from NEWMOA regarding your presentation for the discount code. Make sure to have this discount code available when registering.

Registration for a specified number of people is discounted for sponsors based on the level of sponsorship. Please see the email from NEWMOA regarding your sponsorship for the discount code. Make sure to have this discount code available when registering.

Continuing Education Credits:
NEWMOA is applying for continuing education credits (CECs) for Massachusetts Licensed Site Professionals (LSPs) for the conference. A $50 per day fee applies to obtain LSP CECs. LSPs can earn 1 CEC for every 2 hours of attendance at a conference. NEWMOA is applying for at least 4 CECs for each day. Check back to this webpage for updates.

Currently, NEWMOA does not plan to issue CECs for Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professionals or New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals.

Cancellation Policy:
NEWMOA will refund registration fees, minus $50, for any cancellation made before Monday, March 2nd. There are no refunds for cancellations made after March 2nd, however, you can substitute another person to take your place at no additional cost.
