While Green Chemistry is becoming a more common, supported, and understood practice, it still remains a marginal consideration in chemicals research, education, and product design. What is being and can be done to make Green Chemistry become the norm for chemistry? What will it take for all chemistry to be Green Chemistry? Two webinars will look at different aspects of how we can move green chemistry into the mainstream. The second webinar, Mainstreaming Green Chemistry: Perceptions and Experiences of Practitioners, features Lynn Leger of ALCERECO. This webinar will look at results from a survey of green chemistry practitioners and compares them to real world experiences, including those of GC3 members.
